How accurate are the colors depicted on the site?
All computer monitors will render the colors slightly differently. We recommend ordering FREE Swatches to make sure you really love the color. Our product pages offer a visual representation of each product. Sometimes we also picture the options and upgrades as selected by the user. Please keep in mind this is just a visual representation and the actual product might not be manufactured with the exact details or colors.
How do I get my FREE Swatches?
We get it...you want to touch it, see it before you buy it. We offer 10 free product samples allowing you to compare your swatches and see how they will look in your home or office. You can add swatches to your cart on the product page. You will need to complete a FREE swatch order in the cart. Swatch orders placed by 11 AM PST will ship the same business day, orders placed after 11 AM PST will ship the next business day.
How soon will I get my MADE Quick products?
MADE Quick products will be manufactured and built per your custom specifications in two business days for blinds & shades and five business days for shutters. Your blinds and shades will then ship FREE ground in three to four business days. You may also select 2nd day air for $25 per shade or next day air for $50 per shade.

What happens if I make an error measuring my windows?

Why is there a handling fee?
You will find a handling fee industry wide when shopping for window treatments online. This small fee allows us to offer free shipping and keep our pricing as low as possible. The fee applies to each order, not product.
How much will it cost to ship my order?
Regular Shipping is FREE in the 48 contiguous United States with just a couple exclusions for over-sized products and shutters. Standard Shipping will ship ground in 3-4 business days. You may choose to expedite your shipping for an additional fee. 2nd Day Air is available for $25 per window treatment, or Next Day Air for $50 per window treatment. Please note, we can not ship to PO boxes, FPO or APO addresses.

Can I ship to Alaska/Hawaii?
YES. Please note, there is an additional shipping charge for all shipments to Alaska & Hawaii. Ground shipping will be charged $40 per window treatment. You may choose to expedite your shipping for an additional fee. 2nd Day Air is available for $95 per window treatment, or Next Day Air for $145 per window treatment. Any oversized charges will also apply.

Can I return my window treatments?
Exchange your custom window treatments for any reason within 30 days from receipt. You will be responsible to pay RETURN shipping, however, FREE Standard Shipping will be offered on a replacement product. Please note, we limit to four (4) window treatment remakes per household, per year (excluding shutters). Additionally we will not extend a refund for a reduction in price (no cash refunds). If a product goes up in price, the customer will have to pay the difference in cost.
What if my box is damaged?
If your box arrives with damage and the product/s are damaged inside, please contact us immediately. The manufacturer will remake approved products damaged in shipping for no additional charge if you notify them within 48 hours (business days) from receipt.
How do I know your website and my information are secure?
Can I install my new window treatments on my own?
Of course!! We have designed our window treatments to not only make your windows fabulous but to also be easy to install. All orders come with instructions. Some products have helpful installation videos on our website.
If I don't want to install on my own, can MADE help me?
Yes, after check out you will have an option to learn more and schedule an installation from our extensive/nationwide network of installers.

Can you help me set up my remote control?
Setting up your remote control is easy. We will provide instructions. If you still need help, please call our Customer Service team (800) 207.5888.
Will my product have a warranty?
With proof of purchase, we will assist with and honor any warranty provided by the manufacturer. Additionally, we will cover manufacturer defects or damages from shipping when reported within 7 days of receipt, as well as materials and operating mechanisms for three years after purchase. Motorization components and accessories have a five year limited warranty, excluding batteries.
We will not cover product failures due to the following: improper installation, normal wear and tear, excessive exposure to moisture, heat or sunlight, damage from children, adults or animals, improper cleaning or an alteration of any kind.
After a year or more post purchase, the customer is responsible for any shipping costs associated with a warranty repair.
If a warranty has expired, some repairs are possible for a nominal fee. In many cases a repair kit with parts and instructions can be supplied to the customer.
